Jailbreak!

Jimmy Choo decided to escape today when Hershey went out. We had to lure her in with a string and some food. Brat. She's been planning it since the day we brought her to the new house, lurking around the door (like I wouldn't notice!)

This weekend is going to be super fun. I'm going to... (are you ready?) spend the whole time alone!! Okay, not the whole time. Keith only works until 6:30/7 so from 7-10 I will have company. Yay me. Don't be jealous.

Does anyone have some sort of transporter so I can come home?

Hot and hot and hotter. That is our life now.
Running from house to car, car to store, car to house, wherever we are going, we're doing it quickly, because it is BUTT hot outside.
We're supposed to start packing today, but I have this feeling we're not going to get around to it. We are lazies.

I am not a fan of high heat. I like 70°-75° anything else is uncomfortable.

He's graduated!

He won't let me post any photos until he double checks with Sarge on Monday, but hopefully then they'll be up!

The ceremony was very nice, all the wives got lovely white rose corsages and we had an hour before the actual graduation to take photos of Mr. Awesome in his uniform. By the way, its just about the most handsome thing I've ever seen! He wore the two pens I got for him, which if I do say so myself, were the nicest looking pens in the pockets of any of the guys!!! No BIC for my hubby (well, not for dress anyway, he can take all the crap pens he wants out on the street!!)

So, soon we're embarking on a big journey, hopefully a fun and relatively easy one. He starts on the street Aug 13. Keep us in your prayers!!!

Graduation is tomorrow!

Status: Not Yet

Only 3 days (including today!) until Graduation!
Keith got his schedule yesterday. He works every holiday from now until forever. He doesn't have to go in on Christmas until 9p though, and he's off Christmas Eve, so we'll have a nice time then. He got his first choice district, which is awesome.

So, I'm flying home for Thanksgiving. Wednesday night to Sunday. If I can find a flight less than $500 which isn't proving too easy. But I will do it. And if I have to fly into DC and buy out the souvenir shop (like I did last time) well then so be it!
